Below you approve the Rottne Connect agreement, fill in if you are interested in attending the free Operator training at our Training Center that is part of your machine purchase, and if you would like to receive the voucher for clothes – which is also part of the machine purchase (not applicable for Canada, Portugal and the US. Please contact your local dealer for more information).
To use the Rottne Connect service, the machine owner must approve our cloud service agreement and the processing of personal data related to these services. If you wish to make any changes to Appendix No. 6 “Personal Data Specification”, please contact sales@rottne.com before signing. The approval is completed via electronic signature.
For the first 24 months after signing the cloud service agreement, there is no monthly fee when purchasing a new machine from an authorized Rottne dealer. The prices listed in the attached price list apply after 24 months, or immediately upon signing the agreement when purchasing a used machine.
The Rottne Connect service is activated on all machines when they leave the factory, but is automatically deactivated after 3 months if the machine owner has not approved the cloud service agreement.
Rottne Connect can be reactivated, but this must be done by an authorized Rottne technician on site in the machine. The cost for this will be charged to the machine owner.
